What time do doors open?

Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts. Come early to select your seat, enjoy some refreshments in this beautiful outdoor space.

Do you have access for wheelchair users?

Yes. There are two wheelchair platforms at the back of the theatre. Please note that the short journey to this platform is along a path of wood chips.

Is smoking permitted?

No.

Are refreshments available?

Yes, the theatre bar serves local wines, beers, cider, juices, and natural, Suffolk-made ice creams.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, well behaved dogs are very welcome if kept on a lead.

Is there a loo?

Yes, there are composting loos on site. Please accompany children.

What is your wet weather policy?

We are an open air theatre and, where possible, the show must go on! Please bring rain jackets and umbrellas. The show will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions.

Can I bring a picnic?

You are very welcome to bring a picnic, though no alcohol. Please be mindful of littering and take waste and recycling away with you.

Can I come with my carer?

Certainly. Carers come free of charge and there’s no need to purchase a ticket.

Do you offer refunds?

In the event that the show must be cancelled due to extreme weather a full refund will be provided. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for individual tickets purchases.

Is there parking?

Yes, parking is included in your ticket. The parking field is a 3 minute walk to the theatre.
