Over the course of the last year we’ve been evaluating our supply chain looking for environmentally friendly brands that share our values. Here are our four favourites!
ALDER TREE ICE CREAM: Alder Tree believe in using traditional artisan methods, and locally sourced or home-grown fruit, to create incredibly delicious ice creams. All made on a family farm in Needham Market, Suffolk.
FAIRFIELDS FARM CRISPS: The finest thick-cut crunchy potato crisps made with potatoes grow on an independent family farm on the picturesque Essex/Suffolk border. These delicious crisps are cooked and seasoned on the family farm.
MOATWOOD: Grown and made in Suffolk. At the heart of MOATWOOD Gin is wild-foraged starflower (borage), sourced from a 2,500 acre regenerative farming project in Suffolk, UK.

Our construction story.
